OpsReady Fall 2025 – Terms and Conditions for Participating Businesses
Program Overview
OpsReady is a 12-week professional development and workforce training program designed to support the growth of administrative and operations professionals. Participating businesses will either (1) submit an internal team member to be trained (Co-Ops), or (2) be matched with a vetted trainee (OpsMatch). The program includes weekly training, hands-on assignments, feedback, and structured support to build operational capacity within the business.
Program Dates and Time Commitment
The Fall 2025 cohort begins the week of October 6, 2025, and runs for 12 weeks. Businesses should be prepared to provide light support and communication access to their trainee throughout the program, particularly for deliverables tied to your internal operations.
Application and Program Fee
To express interest, businesses must complete a brief intake form and pay a non-refundable $199 application fee. This fee covers intake review and planning. If approved for participation, program fees will be shared based on your selected track (OpsMatch or Co-Ops). Monthly payments are required to secure and maintain participation.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Please confirm internal buy-in and readiness before applying. No refunds will be issued for mid-program cancellations or lack of participation.
Expectations for Engagement
Businesses agree to:
• Attend or assign a point of contact for the onboarding session
• Respond to trainee questions or task needs in a timely manner
• Provide access to materials or context needed for the assigned scope of work
• Participate in a final review call at the end of the program
Confidentiality and Conduct
All information shared by or about the business will be treated as confidential by The Digital Jane and the assigned trainee. Businesses also agree to provide a respectful and professional environment for trainees.
Scope of Work
Prior to program start, a light scope of work will be defined based on your intake responses. This scope guides the trainee’s assignments and helps measure progress. Businesses must notify The Digital Jane in writing if changes to the scope occur.
Trainee Participation
Trainees are expected to commit up to 15 hours per week on assignments and engagement with your business. Please note: this is a training program. Businesses should allow room for learning while still expecting accountability and progress.
Intellectual Property
Any internal documentation, tools, or processes shared by the business remain the property of the business. Materials provided by The Digital Jane or the trainee (e.g., templates, training materials) may not be reused outside the program without written permission.
Disclaimer of Guarantees
While the program is designed to offer high-impact training and capacity-building, The Digital Jane does not guarantee specific outcomes. Business results depend on readiness, engagement, and communication.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Amendments
The Digital Jane reserves the right to modify these terms as needed. Any updates will be communicated in writing.
