Clarity First Strategy Session – Terms & Conditions

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling requests will not be accommodated.

Non-Refundable Payment
All payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed to the service before booking.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

Service Delivery
The Clarity First Strategy Session includes a 90-minute call, a visual audit of your tools, a guided process walkthrough, and a written strategy plan. Any implementation support, consulting beyond the session, or tool setup is not included and will be billed separately.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the full fee being charged.

Confidentiality
All information shared during the session will remain confidential and will be used solely to support the services provided.

Limitation of Liability
The Digital Jane is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property
Any materials shared as part of the session remain the intellectual property of The Digital Jane and may not be reused or redistributed without written permission.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Amendments
The Digital Jane reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Session Recording & Use
The session may be recorded for internal reference. With your consent, clips may be used for marketing or educational purposes. No confidential or identifying information will be shared without written permission.

Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to attend on time, provide relevant access or context as needed, and participate fully. The Digital Jane is not responsible for incomplete outcomes due to missing information or lack of participation.

No Guarantee of Results
This session is designed to provide strategic guidance based on the information shared. Implementation is the client’s responsibility. The Digital Jane makes no guarantees of specific outcomes following the session.
