1. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 24 hours' notice. Additional rescheduling requests will not be accommodated.

2. Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed to the service before booking.

4. Service Delivery: The Digital Jane will provide services as outlined in the agreement. Any additional work beyond the scope of the initial agreement will be billed separately.

5. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the full fee will be charged.

6. Confidentiality: All information shared during the service will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.

7. Limitation of Liability: The Digital Jane is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property: All materials provided as part of the service remain the property of The Digital Jane and may not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were provided.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California.
