1:1 Coaching Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Overview
This is a monthly 1:1 coaching service with Alice Foy, designed to provide personalized operational support, guidance, and accountability.

What’s Included

• One 60-minute coaching session each month to review current projects, challenges, or opportunities.
• Personalized action plan so you always know your next step.
• Feedback on up to two documents (submitted before or after the session).
• Follow-up Loom video with extra notes, clarifications, or suggestions.
• Light email check-ins between sessions for ongoing support.

Fees and Payment

• All coaching fees must be paid in advance to secure your session.
• All payments are non-refundable.

Failed Payments: If your subscription payment fails, you’ll receive an email with a link to update your payment method. Payment must be successfully processed within 3 business days to maintain your spot and keep your session date. If payment is not received within this window, your upcoming session will be canceled and your spot may be offered to another client.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

• Sessions are booked monthly.
• You may reschedule once per month with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Missed sessions without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Client Commitment

• Come prepared with the topics, projects, or challenges you’d like to focus on.
• Complete any agreed-upon action steps between sessions for the best results.

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent.

Intellectual Property

Any tools, templates, or materials shared remain the property of The Digital Jane and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.

No Guarantees 

Coaching is designed to provide high-value guidance, but results depend on your participation, follow-through, and implementation. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
