Q1 Operational Reset – Terms & Conditions
1. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of booking in order to reserve the Client’s place in The Digital Jane’s production calendar. Because agency capacity is held specifically for this engagement and preparation begins immediately, all payments are non-refundable.
2. Engagement Timeline & Kickoff
- The Q1 Operational Reset is delivered as a seven (7) day sprint.
- The sprint timeline begins once the Client has:
- submitted the required Prep Questionnaire, and
- provided the agreed-upon system access (including, but not limited to, ClickUp, Monday, Airtable, Asana, and/or shared drives).
The Digital Jane cannot begin Phase 1 work until both items are received. Delays in providing either may result in a delayed start or rescheduling based on agency availability.
3. Scope of Engagement & Mutual Responsibilities
The Q1 Operational Reset is a collaborative engagement.
The Digital Jane is responsible for:
- reviewing the Client’s systems, workflows, and operating structure
- identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and misalignment
- performing light system and process adjustments to one primary workflow or board
- facilitating live working sessions
- delivering a strategic 90-day operational roadmap
The Client is responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete information
- granting appropriate system access
- participating in live sessions
- and implementing and maintaining changes following the Reset
- The Digital Jane provides professional insight, structure, and recommendations. Long-term outcomes depend on the Client’s leadership and internal execution.
4. Confidentiality, Security & Intellectual Property
- All Client information shared during the Reset will be treated as confidential.
- The Client retains 100% ownership of all data, documents, processes, and intellectual property.
- The Digital Jane agrees not to disclose or share any proprietary or internal information with third parties.
- The Client is responsible for maintaining their own data backups prior to the start of the Reset.
5. Live Working Sessions
- The Reset includes two live working sessions:
- a 90-minute Operations Review
- a 60-minute Process Tune-Up
- The Founder or primary decision-maker must attend both sessions.Â
- Attendance by relevant team members is strongly encouraged.
- Rescheduling requires at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.
6. Limitations of Service
- The Q1 Operational Reset includes:
- a system and workflow audit
- light configuration and process improvements to one primary workflow or board
- and a 90-day strategic roadmap
- This engagement does not include:
- full system rebuilds
- large-scale data migrations
- custom software development
- or ongoing project management
Any work outside this scope requires a separate written agreement and additional investment.
